Other Information About the Storefront Door Smart Lock

1. Lock Sound Prompts

- Long beep: Successful operation.

- Short beep: Button press prompt.

- Two short beeps: Operation prompt.

- Three short beeps: Operation failed.

- Siren: Illegal operation/low voltage.

2. Password, Fingerprint, and Keycard Anti-Tampering

- If the password is entered incorrectly more than 5 times (or the face recognition fails 5 times after human detection), an alarm will sound for 15 seconds. The alarm will continue until it is cleared, or it will automatically stop after 180 seconds. Correct verification can also stop the alarm.

3. Anti-Peeping Password Function

- Enter "XXXpasswordXXX", where you can add random digits before the actual password. The password must be part of the entered sequence, with a minimum of 6 digits and a maximum of 16. Confirm with the # key.

4. Low Power Mode

- The system will automatically enter low-power mode if there is no operation for over 8 seconds.

5. Low Battery Warning

- When the voltage drops below 6.8V, the system will notify "Low battery, please replace the battery" each time you unlock. After the notification, the lock can still be used for about 200 more unlocks. The battery should be replaced or charged before the unlock count reaches zero.

6. External Power Supply

- If the internal battery is depleted and the door cannot be unlocked, a 5V USB emergency charging port can be used for emergency unlocking.

Maintenance and Management of Storefront Door Smart Lock

1. Daily Maintenance of the Smart Lock

- Regularly clean the lock's surface with a soft, dry cloth; avoid using water, alcohol, or acidic chemicals.

- Periodically have a professional lubricate the lock's moving parts and replace heavily worn components.

- Synchronize the smart lock's time with your phone's time.

2. Using the USB Emergency Power Supply

- If the lock's battery voltage is too low for unlocking, you can connect an external emergency power supply to unlock the door. After unlocking, promptly remove the emergency power supply and charge the battery (use the emergency power supply only in emergencies; do not use it when the battery is charged).

3. Damage to the Door from External Forces

- If the door becomes deformed, causing excessive friction between the latch and the strike plate, preventing normal operation, adjust the strike plate's position.
