Structure of Turnstiles 

2.1 Main Structure 

The body is made of specially processed high-strength stainless steel pipes and plates, ensuring durability and reliability. 

 

2.2 Drive Mechanism 

The drive mechanism integrates the control system, transmission system, and electronic lock components into a compact, low-noise, maintenance-free design. 

 

2.3 Main Drive Motor and Control 

The system uses a DC motor with the following features: 

- Compact size and high output power 

- Low noise and maintenance-free 

- Low rotational inertia and high precision control 

 

The DC motor utilizes a PWM modulated controller, Hall sensors, and an incremental shaft encoder for automatic speed adjustment and precise positioning. It surpasses traditional VVVF-controlled AC motors in performance.

 

2.4 Optional Features 

Customizable additions include: 

- Card readers 

- Intercom systems 

- Coin acceptors 

- Remote control consoles or panels (open, lock, deny access)

 

Features of Turnstile Access Control Systems 

1. Self-check and alarm functions: Simplifies maintenance and usage. 

2. Single or bidirectional access control: Achieved via external buttons or remote controls. 

3. Automatic reset function: 

   - The barrier automatically locks after a 120°/90° rotation. 

   - If no access is made within the set time, the system cancels the access permission and locks the barrier (adjustable delay: 2s, 5s, 10s, 60s). 

4. Anti-collision: The barrier remains locked without an open signal. 

5. Anti-tailgating: The system locks after each person passes (120°/90° rotation). 

6. Fail-safe operation: Automatically unlocks during power outages to meet fire safety requirements. 

7. Device compatibility: Works with various card readers via relay switch signals. 

8. Flexible access control: Supports single or bidirectional access. 

9. Prevents multiple entries with one card: Uses optical technology to eliminate signal delays and ensure single-entry accuracy. 

10. External button control: 

    - Left or right side can remain open. 

    - Continuous open without power interruption. 

11. Remote control and management: Can be customized for integration with management software. 

12. Counting function: Tracks entry and exit counts via the control board (customizable).
